1) Flexibility of length and formation

    Bus connectors and Housing Couplers allow users to adjust the length of the busway system, and     Tees and Ells also allows the busway to be bended at various angles so that the busway system     can be fitted into every indoor spaces.

2) Various types of plug-in-units

    We offer various types of plug-in-units such as duplex receptacle for 110V or 220V, plug-in-units     for lighting systems, and multi-purpose plug-in-units.

3) Free locational choices of power distribution by Plug-In Units

   The restriction of wire and duct in the conventional power distribution systems only allows the    fixationof outlet locations.

   With AnyLine Busway, you can add and remove plug-in-units at any point along the busway without    shutting down the circuit.

4) Easy installation for lighting systems

    As it is possible for the busway system to supply high capacity currents (40A - 60A) with free     locational choices of power distribution, there are increasing demands for lighting systems in     commercial facilities, factories, and buildings. The busway can also be used for large sized lighting     systems (Over 100watt).

5) Easier installation and More flexibility

    AnyLine Busway offers snap-and-bolt hanger design and plug in joint connections. This simple     structure makes it easy to install. Also, the busway provides a modular design that allows easy     reconfiguration and relocation of it.

6) Cable (AWG20/4c x 2 lines) set up inside the busway

    Aluminum Housing has a passage that a cable can be inserted into so that various types of cables,     such as communication cables and video cables, can be installed.

7) Increased safety

    The conventional power distribution systems may cause safety problems and the degradation of     the working environment as power connections are directly exposed to activities.

    The busway system sliminates the troublesome and dangerous connections associated with the     conventional cable and conduit systems as it provides power from the above of workstations.

    AnyLine Busway decreases labour costs by more than 60% compared with those of the     conventional  power distribution systems using Race ways, aluminum ducts and cables.

3) As the busway sections is covered by strong Aluminum Housing, there is no possibility for its     sections to be twisted or transformed and it can be perfectly grounded.

4) Using bus conductors, Tees and Ells allows easy reconfiguration and relocation of the busway.

5) We not only offers three types of the busway in length; 3m, 2m 1.5m and 1m, but also can possiblly     adjust its length on demand.

6) Plastic covers are provided to protect the opening track of the busway from dust and hazardous     articles.

7) The busway offers snap-and-bolt hanger design for easy installation.

6. Installation and use

   The AnyLine Busway system is constituted by three main parts; 1m, 1.5m, 2m & 3m of busway    sections, power feed units, and Plug-In-Units. The following diagram details the devices and    structure of the busway system.
